By combining travel information from multiple sources, Dandelaway enables users to explore and organize travel options in one place, reducing the need to search across numerous websites and services.

Dandelaway provides travel recommendations, itinerary suggestions, and related planning tools for informational purposes only. Dandelaway does not operate airlines, hotels, transportation services, tour operators, or other travel providers, and any bookings or purchases are made directly with the respective third-party providers.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dandelaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of dandelaway.com.

2. Description of Service

Dandelaway uses AI to help you plan trips — surfacing hotels, transportation, activities, food, weather forecasts, and cultural notes based on your preferences. The service is conversational: you describe what you are looking for, and Dandelaway organises relevant options for you to review and select.

Dandelaway is a planning tool, not a booking platform. All reservations and purchases happen directly on the third-party provider's website or app. We have no control over availability, pricing, or the terms offered by those providers.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on Dandelaway — primarily for hotels and transport — are affiliate links. This means Dandelaway may earn a small commission if you click through and complete a booking. This commission comes from the provider, not from you, and does not affect the price you pay.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which options are shown to you. Recommendations are generated by AI based on your stated preferences, not on commercial relationships with providers.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Dandelaway for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (travel dates, preferences, number of travellers, etc.) and for verifying any recommendations before acting on them.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service, or use it in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Dandelaway name, logo, and all content produced by the service are owned by Dandelaway. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission. Itineraries and plans generated for your personal trip are yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimers

Dandelaway is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated travel information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. Always verify prices, availability, visa requirements, health advisories, and entry conditions directly with the relevant providers and authorities before travelling.

Dandelaway is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from bookings made with third-party providers, including cancellations, delays, overbookings, or changes in pricing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dandelaway's liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid to use it in the preceding twelve months — which, as Dandelaway is currently free to use, is zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Dandelaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be posted at dandelaway.com/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
